P.A. Community Housing Society Inc. provides subsidized, affordable and transitional rental units for the Métis community. PACHSI currently owns and maintains 218 houses, 12 family fourplexes, 1 four unit senior garden apartment, 6 duplexes, an 18 unit townhouse complex, 4 apartment blocks, 2 senior homes and several vacant properties for future development.
PACHSI is currently constructing a fourteen-unit apartment that will house persons with an acquired brain injury and mental/physical disabilities on one floor and women exiting the correctional center on another floor. Completion is anticipated October 1, 2020.

SUPPORTIVE SERVICES
P.A. Community Housing Society Inc. provides the following services:
• On the Job training/work placement
• Housing Support Workers for the homeless or those at risk of becoming homeless
• Affordable, sustainable and subsidized housing
PACHSI also runs programs for reintegration to society for inmates with the Government of Canada Institution.
